My Faith & Fitness Journey
We believe that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and taking care of them is an important part of honoring God. For us, physical fitness is more than just working out—it’s about discipline, stewardship, and using our strength to glorify God. At the same time, our Christian faith isn’t just a set of beliefs; it’s a relationship with Christ that transforms how I live, think, and even how I care for my body.
Along this journey, we’ve faced challenges—times when our motivation was low, or when balancing faith, fitness, and life (especially work life) seemed overwhelming. But we’ve also experienced victories, learning to overcome those struggles and growing stronger in both our faith and physical health. We will be sharing these personal stories, hoping that our own ups and downs will encourage you to press forward on your path, whatever challenges you may face.
